How to Fix "we can't sign into your account error window"

 open regedit and run administrator





Follow this path and go : 

Computer HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

open and check



go to check in this files this option:

ProfileImagePath Data type: C:/User/Temp
which file have this issue "ProfileImagePath Data type: C:/User/Temp" you can delete file

and next step you can rename this file



go to rename and remove this text .bak and rename this file


Mathod 2:

go to search box and search here " lusrmgr.msc "

go to user and right click of mouse and click " New User "


and go 

choose your username and your name and you must also need to untick  " User must change password at next logon "
and click to create 

IMPORTANT Step:  

open control panel:

click on " User Accounts "


go to next " change account type "

 and select your new user and go " change account type "


and select " administrators "

and click " change Account type "

then


Go your old user account and click " change the account type "

go to next step and choose " standard " Option and click change account type

in the next step you can switch your new user account and go  " control panel " and click " Accounts User " and then click " change account type "
and then go to your local and old user accounts 

Click the delete account and go 

and then click the " Keep files " 

and next step click the " delete account " and Select " yes "

and then you need to restart your PC and now your problem is solved
